You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, notifying tenants or occupants as needed, and keeping vehicles and obstructions clear unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are provided on your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work.
Returned checks, late payments, or collection costs may result in additional fees as permitted by North Carolina law.
We stand behind our work and will address legitimate workmanship concerns reported within a reasonable time after completion, subject to any written warranty terms on your proposal.
We do not warrant against damage caused by factors outside our control, including pre-existing base failure, poor drainage, heavy vehicle overload, third-party utility work, natural wear, or customer failure to follow cure-time or traffic-control instructions after sealcoating or striping.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tycoon Asphalt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, unless a different limit is stated in a signed written agreement.
