1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services of Tycoon Asphalt ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Tycoon Asphalt provides property maintenance services including but not limited to:
- Asphalt sealcoating and repair
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Line striping
- Concrete cleaning
- Other related property maintenance services
3. ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for the time period specified in the estimate. Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to change if:
- Additional work is requested or required
- Conditions differ from those described during the initial assessment
- Unforeseen circumstances arise that affect the scope of work
All estimates are free and provided without obligation.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- For commercial projects, payment terms may be negotiated and will be specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law
5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our services as specified in individual service agreements. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be clearly communicated before work begins. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, subject to normal wear and tear and proper maintenance by the customer.
7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Tycoon Asphalt is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services
- Damage resulting from customer's failure to follow maintenance recommendations
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Damage to personal property not related to the service area
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the property and service needs
- Ensuring safe access to the service area
- Removing or securing personal property from the service area
- Following any post-service care instructions provided
- Notifying us of any concerns or issues promptly
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tycoon Asphalt and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or through the courts of , as applicable.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
